Copper Cup began with a borrowed roaster, a two-burner stove, and the belief that an excellent cup shouldn't feel exclusive. We still roast the way we started — small, careful, and by hand.
Every Thursday the roastery in Old Village runs Reserve: two single origins, one roast curve we've tuned over years, cooled and bagged the same day.
